METTLER FOCUSES ON QUALIFYING FOR OSCHERSLEBEN VICTORY

Swiss racer Yannick Mettler is focussed on his qualifying performance in the quest for victory at the latest rounds of the ATS German Formula Three Championship at Oschersleben this weekend.

The Kriens based racer is fully aware that a front-row starting position could be key to clinching a top result on a track that is difficult to overtake on. Despite a race win, Yannick has had a frustrating opening two rounds to his season and is now keen to show his true pace again, aiming right at the top step of the podium.

METTLER TAKES FIFTH PLACE BUT EXCLUSION FRUSTRATES AT SACHSENRING

Yannick Mettler moved himself up to seventh place in the ATS German Formula Three Championship with a hard fought fifth place at the Sachsenring at the weekend. Unfortunately, the Swiss racer was unlucky not to score in the two other races and was unable to move further up the point table.

METTLER AIMS FOR MAXIMUM POINTS

 

 

Swiss racer Yannick Mettler is aiming to collect maximum points and put his championship campaign back on track in the latest round of the ATS German Formula Three Championship at the Sachsenring this weekend.

At the opening round of the season he showed he is one of the drivers in contention for the title after claiming victory in the second race of the weekend. However, he was unfortunate to get caught up in a start line incident in the final race. The damage to his car ended his weekend prematurely, leaving him eighth in the points.
